It was great! We bought our house through him in 2010 and we sold through him in 2013. He was great working with me as my husband was deployed at the time we were looking for a house – He was great working with me, listening to our needs and helping us find the right house and everything. When it came time for us to sell our house - he was great too. We did a pre-inspection with him to tell us what we needed to get fixed and everything so we did that. He had a stager come him – our house looked fantastic! With all the effort and media attention he got from it - we sold our house in a week. We had an offer within the first 24 hours of putting it on the market. We looked at comps and if we priced our house right – we still made money on it where we didn’t lose anything, it was great. His old partner help friends of ours find the house that they were living in – so it was all word of mouth. We’ve worked with 2 other real estate agents previously to buy our first home, and that was out in Washington- I mean, they were good but not nearly as good as Dave is. He used a lot more media, I don’t know if it’s just because times have changed and what not, but the way he explained it – I didn’t send my friends the web link because I didn’t want it to skew his numbers. But just the way he described it, you know how you sit on Facebook and you see the ads on the right hand side of stuff that you’ve recently looked at – he said our house was that way. He literally would do a blitz and the system for scheduling showings was awesome too because it just came to me in a text message and I could say Yes, No, or we need to reschedule. It was really easy. I already know my friend has asked him questions about her house because she lives in the same neighborhood as mine –it’s one of those planned urban development things where all the houses are kind of the same, on different ways of setting your house apart and he answered her questions and she’s got his number. I’ve actually given his number out a lot of times. I think he recently sold a house that I gave him a reference for too. He helped another one of our friends find the house that they’re currently in too.

He helped us sell our house and buy our house – he got more for our house that we had anticipated getting. He was always just a phone call away, I don’t think I ever had to wait for him to call me back – he was just on top of it. He helped us find the house of our dreams so we’re very happy. I initially met him through friends a few years ago and we became friends along the way. I knew he was in real estate so we ended up asking him to assist us versus – we had a different real estate agent before him and he was just a little bit older and we just felt like Dave was more our age and knew more of what we wanted and what we were looking for. I’ve already referred him, I should start charging a referral fee! He takes great care of us – he even helped us move and he brought us over pizza one night when we first moved in.

All things aside – problems with builders and contractors or anything like that, I didn’t have any issues with anything that Dave did. Dave was super helpful throughout the whole experience and right at the end when I was trying to get our financial side of things pinned down he was actually able to take 15,000 off of the closing costs which – that’s pretty huge for me for what we were looking at. I’m a small business owner, I’m buying this house myself so for me that was a huge help. I felt like I could trust Dave, I felt like he was going to take care of us and had our best interests in mind.

We feel like he is really working for us and looking out for us and making sure we get exactly what we want. My daughter actually knew his wife and we were looking for a realtor in the area and so we contacted him and we were happy with him and just stuck with him. I think for one thing he knows what he’s talking about and he comes across as very intelligent. Another thing he’s just easy to work with and very accommodating. I find that he is trustworthy – I’ve dealt with realtors before that want to sell you something that might not be the right thing for you just to get that commission and I don’t feel that way about David.

We had heard about Dave Friedman on Dave Ramsey and shortly after we actually met him at an open house. We were very pleased with our experience! He was very good at negotiating our sales price and was always available to us when we needed him. He’s so willing to help and we really liked that he gives the opportunity to make your own decisions and isn’t pushy about it! The service was really good so we’d definitely recommend him!

When we first were on the market to buy a house, we had gone to an open house and just so happened to meet Dave Friedman. After meeting him, we discovered that he had actually helped some friends of ours with their home. We had a great experience with Dave! I’ve had some experience with other realtors, but it wasn’t the same caliber or as good of an experience as working with Dave was. During the searching process, we found a home we liked but thought it was too small. After looking at house after house Dave was able to go back to the house we like and show us the potential it had for adding on. He was extremely helpful and patient with us and as we speak we’re adding on to the house we liked! Everything worked out really well and we highly recommend him.

We started our home search and found a house that we were interested in. We contacted the listing agent and it happened to be Dave Friedman. The house we found ended up not working for us, but we decided to use Dave as our Realtor after meeting and talking with him. Dave is so professional and we’re really glad we decided to use him. He would always return phone calls very promptly and he listens really well. He knew exactly what we were looking for and didn’t show us anything that did not meet our needs. Before we used Dave, we met with a few other Realtors and I have to say, I was not impressed. One Realtor we met with showed up late to an appointment and once they got there, they couldn’t use their lockbox key because it expired so we waited 30 minutes for them to show up and then we couldn’t even see the house. Dave was definitely better and he had the upmost professionalism. He was punctual and he had a really nice demeanor. One thing that I really liked about Dave is that he would print out an information booklet when you go out looking at houses. If we were going to look at 4 different houses in a day, he would print out a booklet that had all the information for all of those houses so you could take notes if you wanted to. It was absolutely wonderful! He didn’t do a single thing throughout the process that we didn’t like. He ended up finding us the absolute perfect home for us! The first time we saw the house, we were really impressed but we looked at some other homes the next day. When we went back to the house, we just knew that it was the one and we told Dave that. He already knew we were going to pick that home so he already had all of the contracts ready and all we had to do was sign. He knew what we wanted before we even did! Hire Dave Friedman!

I’ve had experience with other Realtors and I have to say, it was disappointing. However, that was definitely not the case with Dave Friedman. Dave was very trustworthy and there aren’t many out there I would trust. He was attentive to all details even under difficult circumstances. We were purchasing a short sale and had an uncooperative agent on the other side. We had a number of issues that came up but Dave kept the deal together. He went the extra mile and did some things very few other Realtors would do. He really helped us out throughout the whole process and made sure that the terms and conditions were in our favor. There was one instant that we had asked for something to be protected and it wasn’t. It ended up breaking before closing and Dave made sure it was fixed before the deal went through. Dave had a positive attitude and he is diligent. He is well informed and very honest. Work with him!

I had worked with other Realtors when I was selling my house and I decided to switch because I wasn’t get any feedback. I started working with Dave Friedman and he always gave plenty of feedback. Dave is very outgoing, funny, and in my initial interview with him, he worded himself very well which I really liked. Dave is a good salesmen and he sold my home within 60 days. Whenever he tells you he is going to sell something by a certain date or time, you can bet that it will be sold on that date or before.
